Dear Saima:
This letter accompanies the resubmittal of the abovementioned project. Attached to this
letter is a copy of your letter of July 2, 2003 and Frank Jimeno’s letter dated July 31,
2003. The following is a response to all of the issues contained in both letters.
ISSUES OF CONCERN
Planning
1. Corrections have been made per the redlined plans.
2. A lighting plan will be submitted prior to the Planning Commission hearing.

A loop system will not be provided. Prior to final engineering we will provide
you with a water study that demonstrates that a single connection system will be

1. This information was delivered to you and Frank Jimeno on September 12,2003
and a copy of that letter has been included as part of this package.
