To Whom It May Concern:
I am the landowner for the property on Torrejon Place off Levante St.. I am
writing this letter because of your notice of the public hearing regarding La Costa
Condominiums - Case File CT 02-28/SDP 03-18KP 02-13/HDP 02-14. My
property is bordering the proposed La Costa Condominium property site. I’m
quite concerned about the effect of this project on my property, especially relating
to the height of the condominiums. I arri also concerned about obstruction of
view and or how it may change the value of my property. At the present time, my
land is vacant, but I would like to build on my property for my personal use in the
near future.
