SUBJECT: Garbage Transport Services for Proposed La Costa Condominiums
Dear Roy:
This letter is to inform you that Waste Management has reviewed the site plan for the
proposed 58-unit La Costa Condominiums located on the south side of La Costa
Avenue. We understand that you have decided on individual curbside garbage pick up
service instead of the trash bin option (requiring a trash receptacle). After reviewing this
site plan, we have determined that your proposed 58-unit multifamily project will
satisfactorily accommodate our garbage transporting vehicles.
