RE: Request for Extension of Re-submittal for La Costa Condominiums CT 02-28/CP
02- 13/HDP 02- 14
Dear Saima:
This letter constitutes our request to extend the date of expiration for re-submittal of our
project as described above. Per your letter dated December 19, 2002, our current
expiration date for re-submittal is May 21, 2003. We are requesting a 90-day extension
to this date; however, we are anticipating re-submitting this application within the next
two to three weeks. The reason for the delay in our re-submittal is that the comments we
received from the city caused extensive redesign of units and driveways. This redesign
took several months to complete and we are now ready to finalize our plans for re-
submittal.
