The existing extem;;ion expires on April 13, 2008. Reason for Request: A natural mudflow/landslide on the southerly slope of the property occurred in 2004. . . This landslide resulted in protracted litigation by neighboring property owners. Resolution of the lawsuit resulted in a 2-stage grading program, the first stage of which is the landslide remediation. The City has also required peer review of grading plans which has added significantly to the plancheck timeframe. The City is also going through an additional review of the water utilities to determine proper design and ownership.
