Dear Jason Goff.
My Property is directly across this Project . This development need to implement a traffic
Signal in front of the Entrance of this project into La Costa Ave. This entrance is located at
a blind Spot with the Potential of many deadly traffic Accidents. Specially for the people of this
proposed development and the residences that are located directly across this development .
This is a 58 unit condo .. We were involved in the approval few years ago, we talked to city
council regarding the Traffic and city said with in two years. It should be part of condition of
approval... It will help to preverjtpossjble deadly accidents . City council asked the Engineering
Dept to implements it. At that time "'-
AT this time this Project Is going to extension... City can Add or delete conditions for this
Therefore we want another Street Light in the middle of The La Costa Ave where their have been
many Major Accidents. And now a new driveway with 58 new homes are adding into this
situation..,
