SUBJECT: TM 93-09 (A) CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
Dear Bill:
As we discussed, I have attached proposed language for the conditions which you are
proposing to incorporate as part of TM 93-09 (A).
These conditions make clear that both the water line construction and the deep sewer
construction are not requirements of the Oceanbluff Project and are being provided as an
accommodation to the District, City and, in the case of the deep sewer, for the benefit of
the adjoining property owner.
As I discussed with Anne Hysong in the Planning Department, she requires your review
and approval of these proposed conditions in order for her to complete the report for the
Planning Commission Hearing on June 17, 1998. Therefore, please review these
conditions at your earliest convenience and let me know if you have any questions or
comments.
Additionally, please let me know if you have contacted the adjoining property owner
through his representative, Mr. Jim Hicks, regarding the Deep Sewer Reimbursement
Agreement and, now that the Poinsettia Lane Reimbursement Agreement has been
approved, if you have any comments on the Water Line Reimbursement Agreement.
Please note that the Waterline Reimbursement Agreement follows the same format as the
approved Poinsettia Lane Reimbursement Agreement.
