SUBJECT: TEMPORARY SALES TRAILER AT OCEANBLUFF (TM 93-09)
Dear Mr. Holzmiller:
Please find enclosed, for your review, the required information regarding the placement
of a temporary sales trailer on the Oceanbluff Property located at Industrial Road and
Poinsettia Lane:
1. Three sets of the site plan showing location of trailer, elevation,
parking, and landscaping.
2. The estimated installation date is early July 1998.
3. The estimated period of use is 5 months.
I will contact the Planning Department to determine if you require any additional
information to expedite the review process.
