HomeMy WebLinkAboutCT 03-09A; Ocean Bluff; Tentative Map (CT) (31)MEMORANDUM June 4, 1998 TO: ASSOCIATE PLANNER - ANNE HYSONG FROM: Associate Engineer- Land Development CT 93-09(A): OCEAN BLUFF REVISED TENTATIVE MAP "FINDINGS" Pursuant to a request from Principal Planner, Dee Landers, the following are the revised tentative map "findings," in accordance with Carlsbad Municipal Code (CMC) Section 20.12.120, for inclusion in the Ocean Bluff tentative map amendment staff report: 1. The proposed subdivision generally conforms to the street and lot configuration shown on the approved tentative map. Previously, Lot No. 93 was reserved as an Inclusionary Housing site. Since inclusionary housing obligations are being met by other means, Lot No. 93 is being divided into four market rate buildable lots. 2. The proposed subdivision still includes one contiguous area consisting of the entire original subdivision. 3. The new tentative map contains all of the required information which must be included on tentative maps filed pursuant to CMC Chapter 20.12, adjusted to reflect the revisions for this tentative map amendment. The map revisions generally conform to the original tentative map. 4. The proposed tentative map revision was filed within 18 months after the approval of the original tentative map, in conformance with CMC Section 20.12.120(3)(c).
