Description/Explanation: This application is a request for a time extension to CT 06-04 and related project approvals to maintain the validity of the proposed Rancho Milagro project. The original project approval occurred on February 15, 2012. A two year extension was first allowed under Assembly Bill 116 and created a new expiration date of February 15, 2016.
