PROJECT NAME: Rancho Milagro -Tentative Map Extension
APPLICANT NAME: Lyall Enterprises, Inc.

Description/Explanation:
This application is a request for a time extension to CT 06-04 and related project approvals to maintain
the validity of the proposed Rancho Milagro project. The original project approval occurred on February
15, 2012. A two year extension was first allowed under Assembly Bill 116 and created a new expiration
date of February 15, 2016. Two subsequent time extensions were granted in 2016 (CT 06-04x1) and
2018 (CT 06-04x2). CT 06-04x2 is due to expire on February 15, 2020.
