Currently has two residential duplexes and four garages occupy property. Landscaping is very modest with 5-6 trees. #33 To the west are two condo projects with one being mixed use. To the east is a single family home and next to that is a medium sized apartment complex. Across the street are two vacant single family homes with significant front yard setbacks.
