1. THIS APPLICATION SHALL BE FORMALLY FILED ON THE FIRST t~ONDAY OF THE
MONTH. THE HEARING AT THE PLANNING COMMISSION LEVEL WILL BE HELD NOT SOONER
THAN THE SECOND TUESDAY OF THE FOLLOWING MO~TH.
2. FILING FEES: A filing fee of $100.00 + $2./lot or dwelling unit (which
ever is greater) shall be paid at the time of filing this application. This
fee is not refundable, but is· used to cover the cost of investi~a.tion and processing
this subdivision map through its various stages.
3. Twen~y-eight (28) copies of this proposed Tentative Tract Map and one (1)
sepia shall be attached and made a pa~t of this application. The Tehtative
Tract Map shall be prepared in the manner specified by Title 20 of the Carlsbad
Municipal Code.
4. When this application is complete in every respect, it may be filed with the
, Secretary of the Planning Commission in the Office of the Planning Department,
located in the City Hall at 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California.
5. Applicant shall obtain Tentative Tract number from the Engineering Department
prior to submitting this application for processing.
