Gentlemen:
The subject subdivision has been reviewed by the Costa
Real Municipal Water District in regard to public water
service and we have the following comments and recommen-
dations for the consideration of the Planning Commission
and Ci ty Counci1 :
1. Public water service is already available to
the four existing lots of the project and,
subject to the rules and regulations of our
Water District, water service will be made
available to the proposed project.
2. Our review of the proposed project indicates
that our District's condominium water require-
ments will be adhered to, resulting in the
necessity for the construction of an onsite
public water system so that each dwelling unit
will have an individual water service and meter.
We note that the development acknowledges this
requi rement.
3. The development project will be responsible
for all expenses with respect to the construc-
tion of the public water system, installation
