Request for Relief from Undergrounding all
- Overhead Utility,, Lines. - -.
Dear David
Please -accept this as à'forma1 request to be' (ii I'eved
from undergrounding all existing -overhead Utility lines. En-
closed are a site plan showin which poles are to remain and
which are to be relocated. As you can see, four poles will
be removed and -two poles-ñiustbe put back up.- Onepole will
be located across Chincjuapin' in .front of someone else's
property. There is no undergrounding of any.Utilities in the
immediate area. This is the only site that would be affected.
The cost for this particular area of undergrounding is $233,000.-
This is a tremendoUs amount of frtoney to bespent when the net
ffect is only two poles, being removed.
We request- relief from, this condition. Weare willing to
sign an Agreement not opposing the formation of any underground
utility district requiremènts We would also-like to meet with
you and discuss this in person. I.would,behanpy to bring in -
the utility consultant to answer any questions at -that time.
