SUBJECT: CT91-5 LA COSTA FAIRWAY VILLAS
Dear Hossein:
Enclosed are the second check prints from Engineering.
A summary of the remaining issues are as follows:
1 . Some of the driveway grades do not work visually or functionally.
2. The soils report is inadequate for the scope of work. There are slope stability
questions and issues with the existing 1Vfe:1 slopes on the retaining walls.
3. Field review indicates some superficial slope failures on the adjacent properties.
4. Your proposed phasing requires clarification.
5. If the project is to be phased, then common facilities will need to be provided
within the first phase.
6. The visual impacts of some of the retaining walls.
Review the issues, revise the plans accordingly, and resubmit to the Planning Department.
Your next submittal should have resolved all identified issues and be complete for
conditioning.
