Dear Christer:
We have reviewed plans dated 3/28/91 for the planned La
Costa Fairways Villas project. The plans submitted appear
to provide adequate access and space for collection of trash
and recyclables with residential curb service trash and
recycling service. We will require that the complex have
unobstructed drive lanes so safe travel into and exiting the
complex can be maintained since we will be backing out onto
Gibraltar Street after servicing the complex.
I have retained a copy of the plans for the proposed complex
for our files. If you have any question regarding our
review, please give me a call.
