NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold
a public hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive (formerly Elm
Avenue), Carlsbad, California, at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 5, 1991, to consider
approval of a 7 lot neighborhood retail center on 7.6 acres which includes a convenience
store and gas station in the PC Zone and La Costa Master Plan, generally located at the
southeast corner of Rancho Santa Fe Road and Camino de los Coches in Local Facilities
Management Zone 11 and more particularly described as:
Parcel 1 of Map Number 13970, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San
Diego, State of Califbrnia, Filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Diego County, September 25, 1985 as file/page no. 85-355261 of official
records.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public
hearing. Copies of the staff report will be available on and after May 30, 1991. If you
have any questions, please call Christer Westman in the Planning Department at 438-1161,
ext. 4448.
If you challenge the approval of a 7 lot neighborhood retail center in court, you may be
limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing
described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at
or prior to the public hearing.
