SUBJECT: CT 91-7/CP 91^ - LA VERCLA. CONDOMINIUMS
The above referenced project will be deemed complete this week, although it has been in
for review and redesign since last May. The project is a five-unit condo construction on
Tamarack Avenue. My approach to this project from the beginning has been that, like
other similar projects, this project would not have to provide affordable housing on the
ground, but would be conditioned to pay the in-lieu fee amount to be determined. I would
appreciate your letting me know if this is still correct. Thanks!
