Dear Mr. Holzmiller
I am writing you as the agent for the new owners of the above mentioned project. After reviewing the
preliminary plans of this project the new owners have decided to propose some minor cosmetic changes to
the roof and elevation design of the project. This changes are according to the following:
1. Elimination of roof decks
Due to the nature of this project and in the interest of reduction in future maintenance decision was
made in favor of elimination of all roof decks. This change will reduce the overall height of the
project from 29+ feet to 26+ feet and will provide for a much more appealing roof design.
2. Elevation changes
Some changes to window locations, sizes and treatment around the windows are proposed. These
changes will enhance the architectural aspect as well as structural practicality of the project.
I would like to emphasize that there are no changes proposed in the foot prints or the living area of the
buildings. This changes are proposed only to enhance the quality of the project. Enclosed I am handing you
the following:
1. Original elevation plan with red outline of all the changes
2. New elevation plans of the buildings
3. Color rendering of the elevations
