Dear Ms. Blackburn;
In reviewing the Planning Commission Resolution No. 4218, the only specific language we
found to be included in the CC&R's was item 36 on page 7. This provision will be found on
CC&R's page 35 section 12.2.K c ). Page 5 item 16 references/mandates the applicant to
create a homeowners association and submit the requisite CC&R's for City review.
However, no additional language requirements were noted.
