Listed below are the issues raised by staff. Please note that the purpose of a preliminary review is to provide you with direction and comments on the overall concept of your project. The preliminary review does not represent an in-depth analysis of your project. Additional issues of concern may be raised after your application is submitted and processed for a more specific and detailed review. Planning Issues: 1. The road alignment for Tamarack Avenue is not established yet. It would be wise to incorporate the entire 20 foot street dedication into plans. - >;.? —» •^•ido^' * 2. A 5' front yard setback off of internal street is required. - AT ^^ ^,<_ ^ -; J 3. The 15' x 15' private yard can be in front of unit. 4. The Planned Development Ordinance requires all multi-family developments to have both private, passive and common, active recreation areas. Vehicle backup from the garages for Unit 4 and Unit 5 do not work.
