PLANNER, HUNTER FROM: Principal Civil Engineer, Wojcik CT 93-07, VILLAGES F, G AND P 1. Is the 103,600 cy import before or after mass grading? If after, where will import come from? 2. The "public drainage easement" shown on Lot 75 should be changed to "private* as it carries no "public" drainage. 3. The down hill slopes within the individual lot boundaries adjacent to open space lots should be called out as having easements on them. 4. Village "F" is split graded with the northerly pad showing "maintenance and emergency access only". Please explain how normal access will be provided and how cul-de-sac standard for internal circulation will be met. If main access points for "F" are along "P-E" Street the single family lots fronting "P-E" street should be reversed to front "P-D" Street. 5. Down hill slopes on Lots 72-74,84-91 and 116-122 should be in slope easements. As well as slope bordering "P-B" and "D-E" Streets in Village "F" and Street "G-C" in Lots 1 and 5-10. 6. Additional improvements to Palomar Airport Road will be required with the tentative map. Please change the typical section and note on the title page to include ultimate improvements. 7. Refer to Master Plan, EIR and Zone Plan conditions for general specifications, grading, circulation, drainage, sewer and water requirements. ROBERT;. WOJCIK RJW:rz
