WEEKLY MEETINGS The weekly meetings will be held each Wednesday at 1:00 P.M. We suggested that it may be appropriate for Bob Wojcik to attend the next meeting as well as every third meeting. You agreed with this suggestion(Pv&ed-k i[U> ^tscus6i*/o jal vA\c3e-2i \e> bis sVWw\ce} ACTION NEEDED: Mike Howes to call and ask Bob Wojcik to attend our next meeting. INTRODUCTION TO TENTATIVE MAP Ray Martin began the discussion on the Tentative Map by explaining the phasing. Bob Wilkinson discussed the revision to Village G per the input obtained from Fish and Game. According to Bob, the revisions to Village G reduced the sensitive plant impacts to 20%, which is in compliance with State policy. Both Village G and P are Planned Developments with Village G containing lots of 7,500 square feet or larger. There are a few lots less than 60' in width in Village G, however, this Village will appear to be a standard R-l project. There are no lots less than 6,000 square feet in Village P and most of the lots will have 20' rear yards. Chris Chambers mentioned that these units will be for first time and first time move up home buyers. The landscape plans for this Tentative Map will also show fences, monuments and signs. Chris mentioned that we are preparing design guidelines with Terri Woods for Village O. We are also having discussions with Terri regarding DG vs. asphalt roads for utilities and maintenance. Ray mentioned the discussions that are on going with the Engineering Department regarding lot drains. ACTION NEEDED: We will provide an exhibit showing maintenance responsibilities. We will also provide you with a copy of the design guidelines for Village O. AFFORDABLE HOUSING Chris mentioned that there are two architects working on a site plan for the affordable housing site. Ray said that the grading shown on the site is subject to change. TRASH It is our understanding that you will speak to Terri regarding this issue. COMMUNITY FACILITY SITE It is our understanding that you will work with Gary Wayne to revert back to the wording approved by the Planning Commission. As I mentioned earlier, please let me know if there are any errors or misunderstandings in these notes. The purpose of providing you with these notes is to assure that after each meeting, we have the same understanding of what we have agreed to and what has to be done. Sincerely, Mike Howes cc.
