Dear Brian:
Pursuant to our discussion last week, I am writing this letter to confirm that all tentative map
submittal applications for Rancho Carrillo will not be deemed withdrawn due to the Carlsbad
6 month submittal time limit outlined in Section 21.54.010(b) of the Carlsbad Municipal Code.
This is due to the concurrent processing of tentative maps with the Master Plan/Environmental
Impact Report.
