Dear Chris:
Thank you for your letter of January 12, 1994, requesting a 90-day extension of the time
limit for making your application (CT 93-08/PUD 93-07) complete. The above referenced
project was originally submitted July 14, 1993, and pursuant to Carlsbad Municipal Code
Chapter 21.54.010 the application is automatically withdrawn if materials necessary to
determine your application complete are not submitted. To date, your application is still
incomplete, due primarily to the need to resolve affordable housing issues on the project.
Your request for a 90-day extension is hereby granted. Please submit the materials
necessary to determine your application complete as outlined in the notification letter dated
August 13,1993. If the information required in that letter has not been submitted by April
"4, 1994, your application may be deemed withdrawn.
