This letter is a follow-up to our meeting of June 7, 1995, with the purpose of reaffirming the
responsibilities of Continental Homes to comply with the conditions of approval for the above
referenced projects.
At our meeting, both Teresa Woods and myself agreed to place our signatures on several pages
of the manual prepared by Hofman Planning Associates (HPA) for monitoring these projects. The
pages that we signed consisted of those conditions of approval which may be considered
"advisory". However, please note that our signatures in no way relieve the applicant from
complying with these conditions of approval.
We recognize the effort of HPA and Continental Homes in assembling this manual to track the
conditions of approval so that the remaining processing and review of these projects might be
completed in a timely manner. However, the City wants to be sure that all parties involved.with
these projects, such as City staff, HPA, Continental Homes, and Rick Engineering, are aware that
each condition of approval for both projects, advisory or otherwise, will still be evaluated by City
staff to determine compliance.
