Dear Terri:
In response to your list of issues of concerns faxed to Mike Howes on March 3, 1994,1 offer
the following comments:
1. Fire management is being coordinated by Bob Wilkinson. Our understanding is that
Mike Smith has approved our plan.
2. 24" x 36" sheets have been prepared and are submitted herewith.
3. Location and height of noise walls are now shown on the tentative map. Design details
are included in our landscape plan submittal.
4. There is no City wide trail within Village "O". Labelling for this comment has been
done on the Village L, M, N, Q, R, & T map
5. All changes requested are shown on the tentative map.
6. Affects Village "M" tentative map. Access detail will be included with that submittal.
7. The language has been revised per your request.
8-10. Submittal made by separate cover with landscape package.

Having been deemed complete on our application for the affordable housing site, Village "F",
we are working toward making the Planning Commission hearing on May 18, 1994. Please
have Village "O" ready to accompany that application on that night. I will follow up with a
submittal of the map for Villages L, M, N, Q, R and T within two weeks so it can go forward
to Planning Commission at the next meeting after approval of Village "O" (June 1, 1994). Your
efforts to meet these dated are appreciated.
