RE: CT-93-08/PUD 93-07 - VILLAGE O OF THE RANCHO CARRILLO MASTER PLAN
Dear Terri,
The purpose of this letter is to request a 90 day extension in the time limits for making
the application complete for this project. This application was submitted on July 14, 1993 and
deemed incomplete 30 days later. Per City regulations, applications that are not made complete
within six months of being deemed incomplete are automatically withdrawn, unless a 90 day
extension is requested.
The only item that makes this application incomplete is the need for Continental Homes
to submit a Site Development Plan for our affordable housing units in Village F to comply with
our Inclusionary requirement. We are planning to submit a Site Development Plan for this
project by the end of January, at the latest. As you are aware, that is the only major issue that
remains to be resolved before our tentative maps can be scheduled for a Planning Commission
hearing.
