COMPLETENESS REVIEW AND INITIAL ISSUES STATEMENT
RANCHO CARRBLLO - VILLAGE 'O', CT 93-08/PUD 93-07
The Engineering Department has completed its review of the subject project for application
completeness. The application and plans that were resubmitted for this project, dated November
3, 1993, are complete and suitable for continued review.
In addition, the Engineering Department has reviewed the Engineering issues that were
previously forwarded to the applicant and subsequently discussed at our weekly meetings. All
previously discussed Engineering issues have been adequately addressed.
As there are still several unresolved Planning issues and Planning related items that are required
of the applicant to complete their application, we will withhold forwarding Engineering
conditions to you until the Planning Department has determined that the project application is
complete.
