(CT 93-09)AFFORDABLE
The applicant is proposing 92 single family homes/lots and to
satisfy the affordable requirement by constructing onsite 14
affordable apartment units. He is also proposing to retain the
option of providing the units offsite.
Timing of Units:
Proposal is to construct the units onsite or provi^offsite units
prior to the issuance of 75% of project's building permits or
within five years following the issuance of the first residential
building permit.

Chris's response was that we do not have to negotiate the timing
until the affordable housing agreement terms are determined prior
to final map.
