As you are aware, the subject applications were deemed complete September 10, 1993.
The Permit Streamlining Act requiring that projects be heard within 6 months of
acceptance does not apply 4«e to the project due to the legislative act involved, however,
if the applicant wishes to proceed to public hearing in March, all issues must be resolved
by the end of January. Projects requesting a March hearing must therefore submit their
final proposal early in January to allow staff adequate time to review and determine the
appropriate recommendation.
