POSSIBLE REALIGNMENT OF POINSETTIA LANE THAT MAY AFFECT YOUR
PROPERTY, APN 215-080-01, DE JONG FAMILY TRUST
This letter is to inform you that the Planning Commission did on December 1, 1993 direct the
City Staff to develop options for the alignment of Poinsettia Lane between Blackrail Court and
Alga Road. To date no alignment has been fixed. The Planning Commission expressed concerns
about the preferred alignment's affects on a certain property.
One of the options is to move the alignment farther north and more on to your property, APN
215-080-01, De Jong Family Trust.
These options for the alignment will be examined when the Aviara Phase III tentative map, CT
92-03, is heard before the City Council sometime in January or February, 1994.
A more northerly alignment also may affect the property westerly from yours, APN 215-070-16,
on which a tentative subdivision map application, CT 93-09, Oceanbluff, has been found
complete. A letter, similar to this one, will be sent to the applicant of Ct 93-09
The study of alternate Poinsettia Lane alignments is being made under the direction of the
Assistant City Engineer, David Hauser; however if you have any questions about this letter
