Please accept this letter as notice to the California Coastal Commission that the City of
Carlsbad has reviewed the Grading and Improvement Plans (Drawing No.'s 360-3, 3A & 3B) for
the above-referenced project and finds these plans to be acceptable, subject to the completion
of some final ministerial items required to issue the grading permit and record the Final Map for
the project.
