Release of Grading and Erosion Control bond #190447597, Grading Agreement SA 718.07. There is the matter of re-planting the slope adjacent to Seaport Place. The Planning Department has requested withholding of some securities until this matter is resolved. In response, the Inspection division will withhold the $90,000 cash deposit.
