Dear Sirs:
The undersigned wishes to take exception to the above
listed actions due to the following facts.
First, the planned development overlays and obstructs
Public Road 1885 Z A.N.A. La Costa Blvd., Poinsettia Lane,
F.A.U. (Federal Aid Urban) S-348 and Camino de las Ondas.
This unmaintained Public Road has been the only access
available to this community for over 100 years.
Second, the offsite construction of Black-rail Road
should be full sixty width and include gas, electric, sewer
and communication conduits.
Third, the same zoning entitlements being granted to
permittee, should be granted properties facing Black-rail
Road.
Lacking the foregoing conditions the undersigned will
refase^granting:Rights:of WayjforiBlack-rail Road.
