Dear Sir,
Thank you for your informative letter of 5 Feb.. The peoole of the agricultural
community do have some additional questions.
y.s. Anne Hysong discussed the obligations of Cobblestone and Ocean Bluff
regarding Black Rail Court at the planning commission hearing on 20 Dec.
Since that date, Mr David Hauser explained the Fee district to finance Poinsettia
Lane^We wish to know if the fee plan prevails, will Cobblestone/OceanBluff"
still be required to extend Black Rail Court South to intersect, with Alga Road,
or will it stop at the junction of Poinsettia Lane and become a Cul De Sac
South ot Poinsettia Lane?
It was our understanding that Aviara's conditional use oermit for the visitor
center exoired in Nov. 1995, true or false?
Since the agricultural community has such a great interest in the development
of Black Rail Court, we would like to be notified Q.fr the public hearings
regarding the proposed amendment
not within 600 feet of the amended area.
