Dear Mr. Henthorn,
The placement of a collector roadway in the area shown on the exhibit would have no impact
on the potential habitat corridor linkage. This is due to the fact that although there is native
habitat on the north side of the proposed alignment there is no habitat on the south side to
which a connection could be made. The south side of the proposed collector is currently in
intensive agriculture. The existence of this intensive agriculture area would preclude the
establishment of a habitat linkage in the drainage. Consequently, the proposed alignment will
not disrupt a potential habitat corridor. i
