Subject: Transmittal of Environmental Study - Ocean Bluff
Enclosed is the environmental survey requested as a part of the Ocean Bluff project. I am
also including a consultant statement of qualifications for your files.
Jim Davis has notified Lex Williman that the Hydrology study is considered complete,
although issues may need to be addressed as the application proceeds through the process.
Now that these items have been provided, it our understanding that the Ocean Bluff
application is complete and that a letter to this effect can now be issued.
Thank you for your cooperation in this matter and I look forward to working with you
and Jim to resolve the remaining issues.
