Dear Anne:
Enclosed is the Burrowing Owl survey and the Biologist's review of the City's plant
pallette. The conclusions are that there are no Burrowing Owl impacts and that the plant
pallette does not contain any overly invasive species.
The use of alternative species should be reviewed with the City's Lanscape Architect in
relationship to the requirements of the landscape manual. This would appear to be an
appropriate subject for inclusion along with the other landscape comments.
