RE: OCEAN BLUFF CT 93-09 Noise Mitigation
Dear Anne,
Enclosed please find a copy of my request to the noise consultant following our last
discussion regarding the location of the noise wall required along Poinsettia Lane along
with the noise consultant's response.
Please call me after you have had a chance to review my request to the consultant and the
consultant's response. It appears that alternative 2 (Exhibit 2) provides the highest level
of noise mitigation while providing the opportunity to provide a trail linkage meeting City
trail design criteria. This approach appears to be consistent with the Open Space/Trails
recommendations in this area in relationship to topographic and ownership
considerations..
