Subject: Archaeological Site Ocean Bluff CT 93-09
Dear Anne:
As requested by your letter of March 22,1995, we have reviewed the
location of cultural resource site CB-lSDi-12026 as it relates to the extension
of Poinsettia Lane as part of the Ocean Bluff tentative map.
We have reviewed the PEIR and discussed the location of the above
mentioned site with the original environmental consultants. The conclusions
reached have shown that the site is located above the 300' contour, at the
location plotted on the attached exhibit. The improvements proposed for
Poinsettia Lane, including slope grading, do not extend above the 300'
contour line. Therefore, the project is not required at this time to conduct a
cultural resources testing program since project activities will not impact CB -
lSDi-12026.
