The location is acceptable, however, the Engineering Department has advised that the proposed parking back-up areas are inadequate. Please revise the plans in accordance with City parking standards and submit your application for a building permit to the Building Department. One additional item is that the landscaping along Black Rail Road should be shown on the site plan and installed in accordance with the approved landscape plans. With the changes specified above, the sales trailer on Lot 49 of the Ocean Bluff subdivision shall be permitted in accordance with the approved building permit for one year from the date of building permit issuance, unless extended by the Planning Commission on a yearly basis for good cause.
