Dear Anne:
As we discussed, we are proposing a slight modification to the Plan Three floor plan
which would change the rear elevation of that plan.
The proposed change would improve the master bedroom/bathroom layout and, in our
opinion, enhance the rear elevation by eliminating the small roof element over a portion
of the first floor and replace it with a more pronounced vertical offset along the rear
elevation plane. This will create stronger shadow lines that will be more noticeable from
greater distances.
Please review this change at your earliest convenience and let us know if the change is in
substantial conformity with the originally approved plans.
