A supplement to the prior environmental compliance notice, in which the proposed project changes will be analyzed, will be performed and publicly noticed. 2. Upon further review of the lots backing on Open Space Lot A, staff has determined that the lot dimensions on the site plan for the hillside development/coastal development permit are different than shown on the Tentative Map. Therefore, prior to further review, please submit consistent plans and have Hunsaker & Associates verify in writing that all lot dimensions shown on either plan are consistent. Additionally, the approved Tentative Map exhibits clearly show the 60’ fire suppression zone to be within the property line. Please revise the plans accordingly. 3. The landscape plan check with comments from Landscape Consultant, Larry Black, are enclosed. Please incorporate the requested changes into the landscape plans and correct the fire suppression zone locations if necessary to be consistent with the hillside development/coastal development site plan. 4.
