RE: SEAPOINTE RESORT
Dear Michael:
Thank you for meeting with us on October 20, 1993 to discuss this project. This letter
summarizes this meeting and our follow up conversation on October 26, 1993. Based on the
exhibits submitted at this meeting, staff has found that this project complies with the City's
definition of building height, the proposed height of the building can be approved subject to
design review, except as indicated on the attached exhibit and that the underground parking
complies with the Municipal Code's definition of a basement. As indicated on the plan a portion
of the building will be revised to comply with the City's building height requirements of the CT
zone. These exhibits are attached for your review and subsequent filing.
You also indicated, however as mentioned above, that this project is still subject to design
review through the normal discretionary permit process for a Site Development Plan.
Based on this meeting and our follow up conversation, we will continue the processing of the
project and work with staff in making modifications to the project's design. Once again I would
