SUBJECT: SEAPOINTE RESORT, C.T. NO. 93-10 - CMWD PROJECT NO. 94-202
Dear George:
The District has completed the potable water, sewer and reclaimed water analysis on subject
project and has established the following conditions:
POTABLE WATER SYSTEM
1. Install a 12" diameter line in Anacapa Road from La Costa Blvd. northerly to proposed
cul de sac.
2. Install a 12" diameter line in Descanso Blvd. from Anacapa Road.
3. Install a 12" diameter line in Carlsbad Blvd. from Descanso Blvd. northerly
approximately 650 feet. Included in this item is a future pressure regulating station.
Developer shall provide a site off the roadway and sidewalk area and will provide a
level, graded, vehicular accessible 20' wide X 40' long area and install electrical,
telephone and pressure relief discharge drain appurtenances.
4. Install 6 -12" gate valves (as shown).
5. Install 2 fire hydrant assemblies (as shown).

6. Install 2 future fire hydrant stubs in Anacapa Road (as shown). (See City improvement
plan La Costa Downs, SP-201, Dwg. No. 331-8, Sheet 1 of 4). Stub shall include 12"
X 6" tee, 6" FL. G.V. and 6" BL. FL.
7. The 12" line in Anacapa Road must agree with the City's approved La Costa Downs SP-
201, Dwg. No. 331-8 plans to insure no conflicts horizontally or vertically.
The Developer can request in writing that the District review reimbursement possibilities for this
project.
SEWER SYSTEM
1. Install an 8" gravity line in Franciscan Road from La Costa Blvd. to Descanso Blvd.
2. Install an 8" gravity line in Descanso Blvd. from Franciscan Road to Anacapa Road.
3. Install an 8" gravity line in Anacapa Road from Descanso Blvd northerly to cul de sac.
4. The gravity 8" line must agree with the City's approved La Costa Downs SP-201, Dwg.
No. 331-8 plans to insure no conflicts horizontally or vertically.
RRTT.AlMtD lyATKR SYSTEM
1. There is no public system required.
2. Developer will install private system for future reclaimed water use.
