REQUEST FOR OCCUPANCY OF SEAPOINTE RESORT
The owner and contractor of the above project have requested your presence at a meeting
to discuss a limited occupancy of the above project. I have scheduled a meeting for July
19, 1996 at 8:30 a.m. in Community Development Conference Room 1. It would be
helpful for you to informally review the status of the project in the field prior to
attendance at this meeting.
The project is about two or three weeks behind schedule, and the owners have committed
to occupancy of buildings 1,2, and 3 on the weekend of August 4th. It is expected that the
entire site will be ready at that time with the exception of buildings 4 and 5, the
landscaping and hardscaping of the tide pool yard area and the children's pool and
recreation area.
Your input and feedback in terms of occupancy requirements will be noted at the
meeting. If you cannot attend this meeting please forward comments you or your
department may have on the project to Pat Kelley.
