Subject: Temporary Certificate of Occupancy
Dear Mr. Kelley:
Pursuant to our pre-final meeting on 03/26/96, we are hereby requesting your final inspection
starting June 24, 1996 for the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for the Buildings # 1 and 2
(the 2 most southerly buildings ) at Carlsbad Seapointe Resort project which located at 6400
Ponto Drive, Carlsbad, California.
We would like to turn these 2 buildings to the owner by the end of June 1996, so they can close
escrow on their pre-sales as we previously discussed. All items we discussed at our pre-final
meeting will be accomplished prior to 06/25/96. If you should need any further information,
