Dear Christer:
Thank you for spending a few minutes with me this morning on the telephone. Per our
discussion, LPA will adjust the parking depths at the east edge of the parking structure to reflect
19'-0" depths in lieu of 20'-0" depths as previously submitted.
This will cause the 4'-0" walkway at the east interior edge of the parking structure to increase in
width to 5'-0". In this walkway, there will be an approximately 8" to 12" encroachment of a sewer
line. The additional 1 '-0" increase in the walkway will, however, still allow us to meet the
minimum 4'-0" clear ADA walkway standard.
