SUBJECT: CT 94-02/PUD 94-01 - PACIFIC POINTE
Dear Rod:
Please be advised that the initial appeal of the Pacific Pointe project by Mr. Kip McBane was
subsequently withdrawn. The appeal was withdrawn due to a minor redesign of the proposed
grading which resulted in a lower pad elevation for lot 1. The Tentative Map and Planned
Development Permit are approved as conditioned by Planning Commission on January 18,1995.
